Our boneless ham roast comes from pigs raised in the woodland, where they spend their days rooting, foraging, and living naturally. We smoke it for flavor and cure it using natural methods – no nitrates or nitrites added. Just quality pork, smoke, and the time it takes to do it properly.
Boneless makes it easy to slice and serve, whether you’re feeding a crowd for the holidays or making Sunday dinner for the family.
We feel that ham shouldn’t come with a list of ingredients you can’t pronounce. This is straightforward – good pork, properly smoked, ready to serve.
If it’s not good enough for our family, it won’t be put out there for yours.
