Ham Roasts (Smoked & Uncured)
Our ham roasts are large cross sections with bone in. Uncured means no nitrates or nitrites are added. Smoked and seasoned with sea salt, brown sugar, sugar, and pepper. Each roast is ~ 3-4 pounds and ~ 2 inches thick. A sweet ham you’re gonna love!
Rib Steak (Bone-in)

Bone in Rib Steaks are flavorful and well marbled. Fattier than your strip and sirloins, these are packed with beefy goodness. Great for the grill! We leave the bone in to add additional flavor and nutrients to your cut.

Cut to 1 1/4″ thick. Great for grilling or braising, the Sirloin Steak provides great flavor at a modest price.
The Flank Steak is very lean and very flavorful. This cut can be made more tender with braising. Also makes a great stir fry.
Skirt Steak is a long and thin cut of beef known for it’s rich flavor. Great for fajitas and stir fry.
Hanger Steak is also known as the “Butcher’s Steak” (in the past, butchers reportedly would keep this cut for themselves). This cut is known for it’s rich flavor.
