Hey folks,
We wanted to give you a heads up that we’ll be out of town for the next week. Pretty much as it sounds – we’re taking a short break and the website will be in maintenance mode while we’re gone.
We’ll be back and running full steam on September 14th. Not really a long break, but sometimes you need to step away for a bit to recharge, you know?
What this means for you:
The online ordering won’t be available while we’re gone, but will be back up and running 9/14.
When we return on the 14th:
We’ll have all your favorites ready to go – grass-fed beef, woodland pork, pastured poultry, and hand-gathered eggs. Like most small farms can attest to, we don’t really take breaks often, so this little time away will be good for us and good for the farm.
We feel that being transparent with you folks is important, so we wanted to let you know ahead of time rather than just disappear (I acknowledge this email should have went out a little sooner). To each his own, but we prefer to keep you in the loop.
Thanks for your patience while we’re away. We’re grateful for customers like you who understand that farming families need a breather now and then.

Farm Pick-Up – Order online and pick up your order at our newly constructed barn. Place your order online, then once you receive the “Your Order is Ready for Pick-up” email (24 – 72 hours), pick-up anytime between 8am – 8pm SEVEN DAYS A WEEK! Your Order will be placed in our outdoor freezers / fridge for pick-up at your convenience and labeled with your name. Easy-peasy!
Local Delivery – We offer local home delivery to the Scottsville / Charlottesville / Palmyra areas (availability is determined by zip code at checkout). We deliver every Thursday for orders over $50 ($6 delivery charge) and FREE DELIVERY for orders over $99. Simply Order online and we’ll take care of the rest!
