🐄 Farm Updates 🐓
As the year winds down, things are shifting on the farm.
While the market season has wrapped up, we’re still here to keep your tables full pasture-raised goodness. Here’s what’s happening ’round the farm.
- Market Update: Our regular markets are wrapped up for the season and will return in April. In the meantime, we’re here for you with on-farm pickups 7 days a week and local delivery every Friday!
- Ground Beef: We just restocked our ground beef ~ 3 weeks ago, but it sold faster than ever! We’re working hard to get more, and we’ve connected with a few like-minded farms to boost our supply. Finding cattle that meet our high standards has been a challenge, but we’re close to a solution—stay tuned!
- Christmas Delivery Schedule: Please note there will be no deliveries this Friday, December 27th, as we’ll be celebrating a late Christmas with family. Regular deliveries will resume the following week.
- Plenty of Pork and Poultry: We still have a great supply of pastured poultry and woodland pork available! We’re also working to restock some of your favorite sausage and brat flavors, so keep an eye out for updates.

How To Get That Pastured Goodness!
Want to pick some Longbottom Farm beef, pork, poultry, eggs, and coffee as well as other locally produced goodies. These are the places to do it.
Charlottesville City Market – (April 6th – Dec 14th) Saturdays from 9am – 1pm. A great way to stock up on some local food and treats while enjoying some fresh air. Thanks to all those that have come out to support local farms and artisans in our area. Hope to see you there!
Farm Pick-Up – Order online and pick up your order at our newly constructed barn. Place your order online, then once you receive the “Your Order is Ready for Pick-up” email (24 – 72 hours), pick-up anytime between 8am – 8pm SEVEN DAYS A WEEK! Your Order will be placed in our outdoor freezers / fridge for pick-up at your convenience and labeled with your name. Easy-peasy!
Locally Delivery – If you are within 30 minutes of our farm (availability is determined by zip code at checkout), we offer home delivery to the Scottsville / Charlottesville areas. We deliver every Friday for orders over $50 ($6 delivery charge) and FREE DELIVERY for orders over $99. Simply Order online and we’ll take care of the rest!
