First off, sorry for no email last week. Things got a bit hectic around here at the farm. But we’ve got lots of news this week, so let’s dive in.
Holiday Turkeys – Friday 10/17 at 9am
We’ve had a lot of request and the time is here. Our pasture-raised turkeys are back from the processor and going on sale this Friday, October 17th at 9am.
This is it. Our once-a-year turkey harvest, and honestly, it’s one of the things we look forward to most. These birds spent their lives on fresh pasture, moving to new ground regularly, eating grass, bugs, and living like actual turkeys should.
We have limited quantities and it’s first come, first serve – and based on how fast they went last year, don’t wait on this one. Once they’re gone, that’s it until next fall.
There’s a big difference between a turkey that lived on pasture and one that didn’t – you’ll taste it. Mark your calendar for Friday at 9am.

Pork is Back (Almost)
We just got pork back from the processor, so throughout this week I’ll be adding cuts back to the store – bacon, hams, chops, ribs, and more.
And the garlic brats are back in stock. These were a huge hit last time and we can only get them from this processor, so grab them while you can. We also have a new product this round – garlic sausage – now available.
And of course, if you’re looking to score a lot of pork at a discount, all of our pork shares are now available. No cuts sheets, all cuts listed, and price upfront (no hanging weights)!
