A whole hog means you get meat the equivalent of an entire pig to fill your freezer.  Cuts are taken from the front and back to ensure variety and diversity.  We’ve made this simple in that ‘what you see is what you get‘.  No cut sheets to navigate, no hanging weight calculations, and most importantly, no surprise costs.  145+ lbs of pastured pork at ~ 20% off retail!

Here’s what you get:

 

  • 16 – Bone-in Pork Chops (2 per pack)
  • 5 – 6 Boston Butt roasts (~ 2-3 lbs each)
  • 3 – 4 Picnic roasts (~ 2-3 lbs each)
  • 2 – Packs of Spare Ribs
  • 9 – 10 Packs of Bacon (Smoked & Uncured – ~ 1 lb each)
  • 10 lbs of Ground Pork
  • 12 lbs of Sausage (Choose between Sage, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, Maple, Chorizo)

  • 3 – 4 Ham Roasts (~ 3 lbs each – Smoked & Uncured)

Requires ~ 4-6 cubic feet of freezer space.  145+ lbs of pork guaranteed!  Pick-up on farm or have it delivered to your door!.
Poundage is estimated and will vary slightly from box to box.  Non-refundable deposit secures your share.  Prices / cuts will change periodically based on size of the pigs and available cuts.  Sausage varieties limited to what’s in stock.  Occasionally substitutions will be made but we’ll contact you prior to any substitutes to ensure it’s acceptable.
