‘Round the Farm

Blue skies and bits of green grass have big mama feeling good 😊

Warmer weather means horse show season and these two are putting in the work! 💪

Horse show season happens to coincide with trailer repair season 🔧

Ace still has no clue what’s happening. Don’t ever change, buddy 🤣

We wanted to take a moment to keep you in the loop on what’s happening around the farm.
It’s looking to be a busy season, and while there are a few growing pains, we’re working hard to keep everything stocked for you!
A Quick Note About Emails
We recently switched our email servers, and unfortunately, some emails didn’t transfer over.
Thankfully, I saved most to my personal account, but there’s still a chance that if you emailed us in the past week or so, we may not have received it.
Everything is working smoothly now, so if you sent a message and didn’t get a response, please feel free to resend it.
No need to change anything—just send it again to the same email address, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
Beef Update
We know many of you have been waiting, and we truly appreciate your patience.
Right now, we’re in a bit of a holding pattern—our current cattle just aren’t quite ready.
The good news? We expect to have beef available again by June! A couple might be ready before then, but we’ll definitely be taking a few in by early summer to fully restock.
We’ve also increased our herd and partnered with a few other farms, but even with that, we like to finish them on our pastures to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Pork Restocked!
If you’re looking for delicious Woodland Pork, we’ve got you covered! We’re freshly restocked and expect to have more pigs arriving next month. They’ll be ready by fall, but for now, we have a good supply that should carry us through.
Pastured Poultry – Coming Soon
Our first batch of chicks will be arriving at the end of next month, and we anticipate having pastured poultry ready by the end of June.
We thought we had stocked up enough, but demand was higher than expected.
This year, we’re increasing our numbers to better cover the winter and early spring months when we can’t raise them due to the cold.
Eggs Making a Comeback
Good ol’ eggs are finally on the way! We expect them to return sometime next month, but at the latest, early May.
Unlike meat birds, we purchase pullets—young hens about 16 weeks old—so they’re ready to start laying shortly after they arrive. Fingers crossed that everything comes through on schedule!
Thank You – The Real Hero in This Story
Through these emails, I try to tell the story of our farm—the ups, the downs, and everything in between.
But the truth is, this story isn’t complete without you. Your support allows us to keep providing pasture-raised foods that you can feel good about feeding your family.
You’re the real hero of this journey, and we just want to say thank you.
Right now, we’re working through a few growing pains, but your support helps us push through and stay committed to local, sustainable food.
Thanks for being part of the movement!
Thanks for following us and allowing us to serve you. If you have questions, give us a shout! Have a wonderful week and warm wishes!

With our appreciation,
Jason, Lexi, & Family
