Bringing the Farm to You!

1. We’ve expanded the herd! 3 bred cows, 3 heifers, 1 steer and a cow calf pair. It just got real people!

2. Speaking of adding to the family, welcome home Buddy. It takes a confident man to live in a hot pink castle.

3. I did chores late and then had to wash 1.7 billion eggs. Ok, 52, but still

4. I think this one probably should count as 3. Don’t worry, we did a welfare check after finding that monster and everyone looked good

Virginia Farmers Market Week

August 4-10th is Farmers Market Week. Come visit us at the Scottsville Farmers Market from 9am – 1pm. In addition to awesome food and crafts, there will also be some door prizes and free giveaways conducted by Debbie, our awesome Market Manager. Hope to see you there!

Shipping???

On a side note, we have had some request for shipping our products via mail. This is something we are considering. We love for folks to visit our farm or visit us at the market. It’s a chance to meet, talk, and get to know one another. We also recognize this can be a challenge some weeks. Family commitments, work, kids, schedules, and just the hustle and bustle of life make adding extra stops difficult sometimes. Just as we bring the farm to you weekly via updates, we hope to bring you 100% Grass-fed Black Angus Beef and Pastured Pork to your door step.
