The season is upon us. Time for gift giving, getting together with family, and the wonder of holiday travel. It’s also the time for good food and celebrations. That’s where we come in. Our Holiday Gift boxes consist of Longbottom Farm Grassfed Beef and Pastured Pork. They are delivered to your family or friends door just before Christmas on 12/22 and 12/23.

We can meet your gift recipient at the door or leave the order in a cooler if more convenient (Package size is 16 x 12 x 6). Simply order online, select your package, and choose ‘Free Delivery’ at checkout.
Holiday-Themed Box!
Your beef or pork order will come in a Holiday-themed gift box perfect for the season. Presentation matters, especially during the Holidays so we’ve got you covered. The box is recyclable cardboard and easily disposable.

What Else is Happening at the LBF?
We have a couple beef and pork shares left. We’re finally getting more dates and with the lul in market from January – April, we’re hoping to make a couple more shares available.
Our egg production is way down as happens when the winter hits. Chickens drop their egg production by around 30% in the winter. This means less eggs in stock so order ahead of time if you are taking advantage of the 3 and 5 dozen egg discount. They’ll still be in stock but at limited times until Spring when we’re near tripling our flock!
The barn has power!!! Just one plug so far, but we’re using that to its max, haha. Now that we’re wired for power, over the next couple months we’ll be adding lights, fans, heat, and all the comforts we (and our animals) will appreciate. Water is connected and just waiting on a couple animal auto-waters to be installed before turning that on. Sharing this because we want the barn to be a place to meet you, hang out, and share more of what happens here on the farm. Part of our dream with this farm is to share what we do, and what better way than an area where we can kick up our feet, enjoy a cup of coffee, and enjoy a birds eye view of what goes on here at Longbottom Farm. Coming 2023!!

Charlottesville City Market – Every Saturday from 8 am – 12 noon. A great way to stock up on some local food and treats while enjoying some fresh air. Thanks to all those that have come out to support local farms and artisans in our area. Hope to see you there!
Curbside Pick-up – Order online and pick up on farm with our Curbside Pick-up. Place your order, choose your day, and pick-up anytime on that day between 11am and 4pm. That’s it!
Locally Delivery – If you are within 30 minutes of our farm (availability is determined by zip code at checkout), we offer home delivery to the Scottsville / Charlottesville areas. We deliver every Friday for orders over $50 ($6 delivery charge) and FREE DELIVERY for orders over $99. Simply Order online and we’ll take care of the rest!
