Eat up ladies, hay season is just around the corner.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is the time of year we get together with friends and family, maybe watch a football game, and eat way too much in one (or two) sittings.  Some may eat early and spend the evening chasing Black Friday sales (that’s a big NOPE for us!).  Others may go hunting or traveling.  It’s a time to be thankful for all we have and those we can share with.

It’s also a time of giving.  Here are a couple of ways to give this holiday season to hopefully make someone’s holiday a little better.

1. Donate: Money, unused items, food.  Local churches and volunteer groups are a great channel for this and pretty easy to find with an internet search or Facebook.

2. Forgive: Consider forgiving someone who has wronged you.  That person that cut you off in traffic may be going through a hard time of their own.

3. Share your time: One of the best tools we have to brighten someones day or help someone in need.

Best wishes to everyone this Thanksgiving.  Also a big thanks from us for following, supporting, and making locally / ethically raised food a part of your life!
