Happy Father’s Day!

Raising 3 little girls has been an amazing and fulfilling experience.  It’s also been an eye opening experience now knowing the ups and downs I put my father through .  It’s a day we recognize Dads for their love, patience, and guidance.  It’s also, at least for me, a day where I reflect on how lucky I am to be a Dad.  That wouldn’t be possible without the blessing of amazing children and an amazing wife.  They have provided me the opportunity to wear the badge of ‘DAD’, and for that I couldn’t be more grateful.  So to the Dads everywhere.  Thanks for all you’ve done and do.  And also thanks to our spouses, partners, and others that enable and support us in this awesome role we call DAD!  Happy Father’s Day!

Were’s The Beef? .. and Pork?

First off, thanks to everyone for your patience and understanding during these last few months.  The pandemic has been an ongoing reminder of how fragile our food system is (empty shelves, lack of products) but also a reminder that when times get tough, we find our weak links and address them.  This is what you can expect from us over the coming weeks and months.

  • Beef – Back in stock Mid August.  The pandemic has made it very difficult to get animals processed, but we’ve secured dates in July and August to fill the freezers with Grass-fed goodness!


  • Pork – Back in stock Mid September.  We have a number of pigs going in for processing late August and mid September so get ready!


  • Eggs – We’re overflowing since tripling our flocks so if you need eggs, look no further


  • Chicken – This is still in the works, but delayed at present due to pandemic craziness and processor availability.  We’re still hoping for this year but this may get delayed until next Spring.  Either way, it’s coming!
