Leg day on the farm = hauling hog panels up the ravine 💪

It got a bit breezy. Thankfully everyone was inside 😳

Valentines is the time of year we let that special someone know how much they mean to us and how wonderful they are.  Chocolate, flowers, and cards are always winners when conveying your love. Food is also another avenue to show affection.  Of course, you can’t go wrong heading out to your favorite restaurant to be wined and dined. You could also prepare a meal for that special person and that’s where we come in.

If you’re like us, sometimes it is almost impossible to get out of the house alone.  Well, we’ve got ya covered. Break out a few candles, let the kids do whatever thing keeps them occupied for an hour or two, and enjoy a home cooked meal made with … love.

You can’t go wrong with steaks or pork chops.  Thaw and bring to room temp.  Apply salt, pepper, and your favorite spices.  Then it’s time to cook!  This can be done on a grill or in a pan. Cook to a medium-rare (or your preference).  Add salad for color and balance, a beverage of your choice, then follow with your favorite desert and viola!

Whether it be kids, animals, or other obligations that keep you home, preparing a meal is a sure fire way of saying I love you.  Have a happy Valentines Day!
