Blade Chops

Description

Pork blade chops come from the front portion of the pig.  They’re located along the same route as the center cut pork chops.  They are packed full of flavor with a bit higher fat and bone content than center cut chops.  Cook over high heat if tenderized, or are great to braise over low heat as well.
