Raised in a combination of pasture and woods just like in nature. This is half a pig that will yield ~ 65 lbs of pork for your freezer (estimated weight based on 275 lb pig). Your pork will be cut and packaged to your specifications and we’ll guide you through this process. Total Cost ~ $725 (Will vary based on the size at harvest time and does include butcher’s fee). Choose delivery (if in Charlottesville / Scottsville area) or pick up on farm and see how your food is raised. Requires ~ 4-6 cubic feet of freezer space (~ 2 regular size coolers).

Choose 1 flavor of sausage for half share / Choose 2 flavors of sausage for whole hog. Bone-Pork chops mean no tenderloin or baby back ribs (those are part of the bone-in chops). Cured = more salty flavor. Uncured = more sweet flavor.
