Our Half Pork Share is roughly the equivalent of a 1/2 a pig to fill your freezer.  Cuts are taken from the front and back to ensure variety and diversity.  Pick your favorite type of sausage, bratwurst, and how you want your pork chops cut.  We’ve made this simple in that ‘what you see is what you get‘.  No cut sheets to navigate, no hanging weight calculations, and most importantly, no surprise costs.  75+ lbs of pastured pork at ~ 15% off retail!

Here’s what you get:

 

  • 16 Pork Chops (9 – 10 lbs)
    • Choose from bone-in, boneless, or a mix
    • ~ 8 packs with 2 per pack
  • 1 Pork Tenderloin (whole)
  • 2-3 Boston Butt Roasts (7 – 8 lbs)
  • 1-2 Picnic Roasts (4 – 5 lbs)
  • 1 – Pork Spare Ribs
  • 2 – Pork Short Ribs (~ 2 lb)
  • 7 – 8 Packs of Bacon (Smoked & Uncured, ~ 1 lb packs)
  • 4 lbs of Ground Pork
  • 15 lbs of Ground Sausage
    • 1 lb Packs.  Mix and Match to choose your favorite!
    • Choose between Sage, Maple, Hot Italian, and Chorizo
  • 4 Pork Bratwurst Packs
    • ~ 1 lb Packs
    • Choose from Regular, Cheese, Jalapeno & Cheese, Peppers & Onions
  • 4 Seasoning Meat Packs (Smoked & Uncured pork belly trimmings; aka “bacon ends”)
