Our Half Beef is roughly the equivalent of 1/2 a cow to fill your freezer. Cuts are taken from the front and back to ensure variety and diversity. We’ve made this simple in that ‘what you see is what you get‘. No cut sheets to navigate, no hanging weight calculations, and most importantly, no surprise costs. 170+ lbs of dry-aged, pasture-raised, grass-fed beef at ~ 20% off retail! Here’s what you get:

Requires ~ 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space. 170+ lbs of beef guaranteed! Pick-up on farm or have it delivered to your door!.
Ground beef is sold by weight and not package. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due prior to pick-up / delivery (We’ll send an invoice via email that you can pay online). Poundage is estimated and will vary slightly from box to box. Prices will change periodically based on size of the cattle and available cuts. Occasionally substitutions will be made but we’ll contact you prior to any substitutes to ensure it’s acceptable.
